3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

OPTIMAL provides fitness information for educational and informational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should:

Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from following recommendations provided by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPTIMAL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Use of this App is at your own risk.

You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
